Beast on a Bike Programme
The Beast on a Bike Programme is a 10 week training program that will take your aerobic and cardiovascular fitness to the next level!
Written for athletes and those in pursuit of increased aerobic power, endurance and cardiovascular output this 10 week template is varied, challenging and massively effective!
This program has been developed on the Assault Air Bike but can be used on any bike Erg that has Revs per Minute and Average Revs Per Minute as data points.
Following an initial benchmark performance test the program is designed specifically to your exact needs based on the outcome of the initial test.
Based on 3 sessions per week the template can be used as a highly effective standalone training program or can be incorporated easily into a full strength and conditioning program.
