I am deliver personal training in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas.

I operate from a small private studio in the Old Town of Eastbourne that is equip with everything you need to become stronger with better cardiovascular fitness, endurance, mobility and flexibility.

I work with people from all over the world and from all walks of life – I coach Online, Face to Face One to One, and through Educational Workshops and Mountain Experiences. Age, gender, and fitness level are no barriers.

I am highly intuitive and combine a unique blend of experience gained through my years in high-level competitive sports, with a holistic approach to mind and body health and fitness.

As human beings we exist in highly transitional states, what might be needed one day, may not be needed on another. I recognise this and apply it to my coaching strategy.

My coaching includes an understanding of the inextricable link between how we think, feel and behave – and how this affects our body, energy, performance and movement… And so ultimately, what we can achieve and how we live.

Underpinning my approach is an ability to deliver dynamic coaching at all times, so that the right level of support, is delivered at the right time, to maximise the rewards and successes that you will experience.

I am an expert in Hybrid Training, Strength and Conditioning, Kettlebell, Mace and Bulgarian Bag Training.

My studio in Eastbourne, East Sussex is equip with everything you could possibly need to become a healthier, stronger and fitter version of yourself.

I am passionate about delivering the highest level of service combined with training that is specific to the individual’s needs that is effective, varied, functional and fun.

I help my clients to understand the importance of consistency and effort and support each in their quest to step out of their comfort zones, to do things differently and to work towards changes that positively impact their lives.

I am also a Body Worker, qualified in Tool Assisted Massage and Soft Tissue techniques. I use remedial techniques to help clients out of pain. I use structured functional strength training to develop strength where there was weakness and to move away from dysfunction.

Mind, Body & Soul

As a qualified Precision Nutrition Coach, I use my extensive knowledge of nutrition to help my clients to make better nutritional choices that support their health, fitness, and performance goals.

I coach from a place of being relaxed about eating, with less restriction and using habit-based ideas to work within your life to achieve long-term results.

Mindset is the biggest limiting factor of personal success in training. Through my own developmental work as a coach, I have a deep understanding of these limiting processes. I help my clients to identify their own limiting patterns and behaviours and replace them with less restrictive, more powerful processes. This ultimately leads to greater success and significant personal transformation.

When this is combined with expertly coached training and ongoing lifestyle and nutritional support my clients enjoy amazing results that often far surpass what they initially signed up for!
